Burleson did a wonderful job of diagnosing and thoroughly explaining the issues with my car. Mike walked me through everything step-by-step, and understood the urgency that I had with it being my only vehicle for transportation to and from work. His quick responses to my many questions kept me in the know and made me feel secure in their knowledge and ability to get the job done correctly, efficiently, and as cost effective as possible. I even had a conversation the mechanic that worked on my car, Thomas, who also explained everything he needed to do, and reaffirmed my confidence that I had my Fiat at the best shop. Mike was professional and accurate with the quote he gave me for having my transmission replaced. He was even able to reduce the original estimate due to getting the new transmission at a lower price than quoted. I would have never known had he not told me, and he could have kept the extra money. That goes a long way in my book.
