Waiting over 30mins for a radiator to be told he never received the order. Now I’m waiting to see if they can pull it from the back and that sounds like an additional 30mins. Mike the supervisor was no help. Just stays in back on phone while they run wild. And just to tell me it’s broke. Waste of time.

They asked for 3x of what the part retail at LKQ and they asked me to Zelle the money before they can even remove the part from the car and confirm it is there and its the same part number....when i asked the guy if they can work with me on the price, he told me call back when you are ready to zelle the full price and closed the line in my face. They said no credit or debit card, just Zelle so even if they dont send the part, you cant get refunded. Be careful dealing with this business.
