Such a smooth process, they came to pick up my car sooner than that said. The tow guy Tom I think that was his name was so dope and funny he definitely made the process perfect. 10/10 recommend

I had the awesome experience of working with 1) Mindy and Casey on the phone and 2) Heather as the wonderfully professional and helpful one who towed away my 2010 Nissan Sentra on 2/9/2026. The whole entire process was great, wonderful, well thought out and very detailed specific. Starting with the website application process and how to fill in the form so, the client understood each block that needed to be filled out. Next was one of Wilbert’s professional staff members reaching out to me by text message and respond for a few more direct questions about the vehicle and my address. So, the vehicle could be picked up by one of Wilbert’s tow truck drivers. Last thing was scheduling a date not a time (due to the timeline that the tow truck driver had for other vehicles that was scheduled for pick up on his route). The tow truck driver was very professional with calling me to inform me of his timetable for picking up other vehicles before he arrived at my home to pick up my vehicle. He called ahead of time when he was coming towards my home and gave me an estimated time to arrive. Once he arrived he, there were a few questions that need to answered before performing his duties with hooking up my car. When his duties were done and completed he asked for the vehicle maintenance log/records and the vehicle signed title. There was a cash transaction that he performed and that was the close out for the 1999 Nissan Altima. I am very pleased and happy with the outcome and I would like to thank everyone who has participated in this process.
