UPDATE: after reading their response, you can be 100% sure that this is not a PROFESSIONAL company. It looks like they just copy/paste responses to each review. If you read my review which is below I clearly stated that your rep came to my business to open an account. You are trying to blame me that I am doing business out of my house. That’s just a made up story. Your company has no legit customer service. If you are looking to deal with a professional part store just run away. These people seem like don’t wanna do business with new customers. Plus they dont know what they’re doing. I’ve been trying to open new account but they always give run away. On the phone I was told stop by to open up an account. Never had a chance. Then I called again they said call the rep. Rep came I did fill out all the forms. Rep said it will take a few days. I went to store they said there is no account.
