Very bad experience from start to finish. This tow company would not release my vehicle and pressured me into paying $220 just to have it dropped off. The drop off location I requested was less than a mile away, they said they would take it there, and then completely went back on their word and brought my car to a different location instead. On top of that, the place they dropped my car off at was very sketchy and unsafe, which made the situation even worse. There was no concern for my property or my safety only about getting money out of me. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and tried to act intimidating rather than professional. This company is clearly focused on profit over customers and has no issue misleading people. I strongly recommend avoiding this tow company if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

Please avoid this company. Eddie used me being a veteran to get to me. He said he has family in the military, but all he wanted was business. He said he wouldn't charge storage fees, and that in good. After saying he works with usaa, usaa denied that saying to send kt to another shop so it can be insured. When I agreed he charged 6000 dollars for 3 weeks of storage. Now I do not know where my car is. Do not give them you vehicle. Avoid, thank you.
