This is the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. This towing company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They have no respect for customers’ time. I was told one price and one arrival window, and neither were honored. They showed up late and then tried to overcharge me. The entire experience was full of deception: misleading information, changing stories, and outright lies. Customer service was rude and dismissive, as if wasting my time was acceptable. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this company at all costs.

My experience was extremely frustrating. This company claims to be open 24 hours, but they actually close at 4 PM, which is misleading. Because no one was available to answer calls or release vehicles after that time, I was stuck paying additional daily storage fees. Communication was almost nonexistent and the process felt very unprofessional and unorganized from start to finish. I hope they update their listed hours and improve their customer service so others don’t go through this.

Switch & Fix

Highway robbery. Their prices is double priced compared to everyone else. They charged me $250 to tow a car 2 miles away. I called another company and got it done for only $125. Use another tow truck company. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
