So I live in an apartment complex and they Garden State has a contract for towing. I am a handicapped person with proper tags. People keep parking in that space . To be honest I have called before and they came immediately . However last week I called over 20x only to get a vm the mailbox is full. So after 2hr 32 on nonstop calling I got a text from someone. Buy the time they arrived 3.5 hr later the person left.....I had to call back today on this cold rainy day again after numerous call someone said please call dispatch which I did.. he had the nerve to yell at me for calling driver when no one answers the phone no matter what number I called from... at 216 he said it will be about an hr....I called back at 347 until 420 no answer . I only recieved a response when I went to Facebook an messaged them.only to be told He has no drivers an no one to tow car at all....I asked several times what time he said there is no time we have no one....thank God for south brunswick pd .....bad experience lately sorry
