Went for very basic service. Staff was just sitting around in office. Apparently if you stop in without notice this place does not serve random customers. Kept telling me they don’t have any free technician when I am clearly looking at their technicians just roaming around doing nothing. Response to my review: As mentioned my required service would have taken 15-20 minutes for which I was willing to wait but the their business receptionist kept refusing to take me in and had me fill out a form to call me back so when they have time to get back to me; however, has never got back to me even after few weeks have passed by. On the way out one available tech try to stop me to ask about my issue their manager came out and told the tech to not communicate with me and pulled him away to make it seem like they are very busy just to demonstrate they are busy and can not take the job. This review is NOT a misunderstanding and yes I am not a customer because they never tried to reach me even after filling out their forms in the office. Clearly customer satisfaction is NOT valued here. I normally dont see any reason to leave one star if they reasonably tried to serve me with attempt but this experience inclined me to write this review and it is not the first time I have experienced this here. Previously also they had different excuses to avoid on the spot service and always front with reasons why they can not work on given issue.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices. I came here for rims and tires and they were so flexible with my requests and rescheduling. Will go back again if any work is ever needed. Thank you!
