DO NOT COME HERE , DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! At first, I loved this shop.. great hours , friendly faces and great location. However recently, dealing with this shop has been a literal shit show. They are unorganized and seemingly tell people what they want to hear. They do not answer the phone, I called 20 times today. You can’t even leave a message. Now granted, I drive an Audi so l don’t come here often but I am beyond disappointed with the way they’ve treated my vehicle. I came into the shop, in April to get breaks and my coolant system repaired. They neglected to get my coolant system done that day however they told me they tighten the hoses. To my surprise, later that week I had to get my car towed to the shop because it ran out of coolant on the highway and wouldn’t even hold any because the hoses had been tampered with. They completely broke my coolant system because today is June 30th and guess who had to come back to get another hose replaced because all the coolant leaked out again ? Yupp - ME. THEY ALSO BROKE THE LEVER TO THE HOOD OF MY VEHICE AND DIDNT MENTION IT.

The worse experience I have ever had . Having my car towed there on January 3rd and no one giving me at straight answer until 4 weeks later is ridiculous.. no one called me back for any updates to my vehicle. After fighting to figure out the issue that wasn’t told directly to me I got my car back yesterday February 27th. My car had parts inside that they left from my engine that wasn’t put back .. how disgusting can you be! the whole thing was a mess.. don’t take your business here ! They are terrible!!!

Do yourself a favor and get your repairs done anywhere else. Had my car for 2 weeks, no calls with updates or anything. I had to hound them to get the simplest answers. Front desk is particularly unhelpful and uneducated and after all that, still didn't do what needed to be done so I needed to get my car towed AGAIN through them, (I was sitting in their shop, why it still took about 2 hours to get a tow, when they were the ones who were towing, I have no idea) Will never ever be dealing with this company again. Wish I could have all my time back they wasted.
