I was recommended to Milton Auto Body by a close friend who had previously had work done there. Based on that referral, I decided to visit the shop and speak directly with the owner, Milton. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. This shop prioritizes quantity over quality, showing a complete disregard for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. There is no pride in their work—just an assembly line mentality that leaves clients with subpar results. Milton Auto Body LACKS ALL CAPABILITY to properly paint match and refuses to correct glaring issues. Instead of addressing concerns, they deflect and give customers the runaround. I initially went in for what should have been a simple job: painting a door skin and performing light paint matching. What I received was anything but professional—**a complete mismatch in color, extensive fisheye imperfections in the clear coat (tiny bumps that ruin the finish), and a refusal to fix the mistakes.** To make matters worse, the clear coat is already peeling, has not been a year yet, proving that this shop doesn’t even understand the basics of wet sanding and polishing. When confronted about the poor paint match, they **attempted a "fix" by lazily painting only half of my rear bumper, assuming I wouldn’t notice**—a slapdash approach that only made matters worse. How Milton Auto Body continues to operate is beyond me. To add insult to injury, after reviewing previous comments and doing my own research, I discovered that this shop is not even legally registered as a body shop. Misrepresenting your business to the public is dishonest, and the lack of integrity speaks volumes. Milton, you should be ashamed of the work your business delivers. Consumers deserve transparency, quality, and respect—none of which are present here.

Horrible place never go here the work they do is horrendous at best. As you can see in the picture provided they ziptied my bumper to my harness do I really need to say anything else. And they were more than happy to let me drive out of the lot like this.
