The manager, Cesar, ensured I was well taken care of and that he thoroughly explained the issue/my options to me. I always try to use local people to give back. However due to past experiences I finally caved and went to a “Corporate Company” and all I have to say is I never felt so heard and understood. Cesar made that experience so effortless and would recommend that you go to this store and deal with him. Extremely Patient and you can truly see in the way he speaks and acts.
