These guys are awesome! Super friendly and they really care about their customers. The work they did on my car looks incredible and the quality is top notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll be coming back and brining my friend for her tints. Moe will for sure be my first recommendation for anyone looking to have work done to their cars. Thank you to Moe and the rest of his team!

It genuinely upsets me to write this because I’ve been going to MoeModz for nearly 4 years and supported them through shop changes and expansion. Sadly, this is the final straw for me. I hit up Moe about a bad scrape on my vinyl after an accident. Moe initially did not respond to my text. After a few days I called him, he asked me to bring the car in. Within minutes he quoted me for three replacement panels, possible buffing if the scratch was deep. I took the opportunity to get a few other fixes done, some curve rash on the rims, showed him a few other scuffs, and even asked if he could fix a small dig on the other side. He looked it over, gave me prices for everything, and even told me he could “touch up” some of the smaller scratches around the car, cool. When he said it would take 3-4 days, I told him I could drop the car off Jan 31 since I was going on vacation that week. I even called the day before to confirm drop-off. At drop-off, he wasn’t there so I left a message with reception asking him to reach out to me about replacing brake pads, never heard back. When I returned on February 7, I waited for him to reach out, figured he’d text me when the car was ready. He did not. After I texted, he finally called the next day, sounding rushed and unclear about some of the work that had been agreed on. He even asked if I was still on vacation (later when I got the invoice, the date of my return + the request for the brake pads were written on the invoice). This upset me because I rely on my car to drive my kids around to their afterschool activities on my days, and now here I was relying on the availability of Ubers. Anyway, he ends up saying they’ll try to have the car ready by end of day, even gave me an excuse about construction going on. End of day comes around, no updates. The next day, after multiple texts, he finally says it’ll be ready by 6. I text him to tell him I’m on my way, no response, fine. When I get there, he’s not there, just the receptionist again. The 3 panels were fixed, but one rim wasn’t fully repaired (still had a visible scratch), non of the promised touch-ups were done, and one scratch was actually worse with a visible swirl mark around it. As if that wasn’t enough, the interior of my car smelled like cigarette smoke. This truly is the final straw for me. I’ve overlooked things before - when I had them install the dash cam, the whole right side of my Jaguar’s electrical went out, had to take it to the dealership to fix it. When I got my car wrapped there, I sent them some ideas of where I wanted the accent colors, not only was that ignored, but even what Moe had sold me on wasn’t done (the red jaguar emblem). I had asked for the car to be debadged and it never was. He actually tried to remove it after the fact, and ended up ripping a small part of the vinyl. I had to ask him to leave the badge on because his solution was sticking my Air Force emblem over it. Finally, when they installed the “mood lights”, (for the most part it looks great), but the edge of the light on the passenger side wasn’t tucked in/glued on/ installed, (whatever you want to call it), properly so it sticks out like a sore thumb. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because I figured I could fix that myself eventually with gorilla glue. Even after all that, I’ve gone back to get my tints redone there. All in all, I’ve given this place way too many chances, even before writing this review, I texted Moe about the swirl and the cigarette smell in the interior, and guess what, it’s been 5 days and, as per usual, no response. Sadly I’m done with this place.
