This company deserves 10 stars. BEST professional company with reasonable rates available. I desperately required service to remove several items within two hours. I provided pictures via text and received a quote within seconds. Not only did they accommodate me, but they arrived earlier than promised. The driver Norris, was extremely courteous, Kind and professional. He offered service with nice conversation and a smile. I actually saved their telephone number in my contacts, In order to utilize their services again, or refer them to someone else. Hands down, they have proven that good customer service still exist. We used their junk removal service today to remove debris from our remodel project, and the experience was excellent. I called yesterday and they showed up right on time the next morning. Akeil and his team were great from start to finish. He helped explain the process and they were very professional.
