I brought my car to Auto Pro Collision after being involved in a motor vehicle accident in August 2025 because they were an approved autobody shop through my insurance. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and well-communicated. The staff consistently called to provide updates on my vehicle and kept me informed about part availability and repair progress. Although it took about five months to finally pick up my car, this delay was not Auto Pro Collision’s fault. We were waiting on Mazda to release necessary parts, which caused significant delays outside of their control. When I did pick up my car, I was extremely happy with the results. The work was excellent, and the car looked as though nothing had ever happened. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs.

Great professional service. They kept me updated on the work being done and that they were on schedule with the vehicle delivery date. They delivered on schedule as promised. Auto Pro Marlboro, NJ serviced my Jeep in November 2025 and did a wonderful job, but had to go back 1 month later to have Paint Protection Film installed because my newly painted hood needed time to cure. Went back in January 2026. Dropped off my car and the shop manager Stefanos offered to drive me back home when he heard me calling for an Uber. When my Jeep was ready later that day, Stefanos came back to pick me up from my home. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.
