Crooks. Every negative review on here is exactly what I experienced. A 7 mile run of the mill tow cost me $755. The employee told me as the owner commented below that they are regulated by the state. That simply means they can charge UP TO those rates. Not that they must. I was charged for a medium sized vehicle (4,000 + lbs) based on the gvw tag and my car was weighed 29 minutes later on a certified scale and weighed 3660 lbs. GVR means the maximum weight the car can safetly oerarte at and should not be used to determine cost basis. I was charged a mileage charge of $24, a towing charge of $300, a storage charge of $120, a winch charge of $100, a labor charge of $70, and a yard/admin fee of $115. One of their own drivers even commented to me that they are in hot water with a lot of the townships that they tell for. The owner commented to another use to contact the local pd with complaints. No need to let me know. I've already done so
