His bright yellow tow truck, affectionately named Emma Cupcake, didn’t just tow my truck — it turned a stressful situation into an experience I’ll actually remember with a smile. Darius went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of safely and quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he helps. Called and they said it’d be a 90-120 minute wait. Ended up waiting 5.5 hours total for them to not even grab the part from the dealership and received a “temporary fix” for whopping total of $640.57. I think I’d rather have walked to the dealership to grab parts 30 miles away and took my chances lol what a joke
