I had a fantastic experience with this towing company, and I can't thank Paris enough for his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly polite and professional. Not only did he carefully tow my car, but he also went above and beyond to help my husband and son push the car into the garage. He even tried to start the car several times to see if it would work before leaving, showing true dedication to making sure everything was in order. I am going to cancel my Geico insurance because they used this towing company last night. I called in for road service assistance at 8:12 pm. The job was assigned/taken by this tow truck company. They showed up at 11:54 pm. They were trying to give me excuses every time I called. I don’t understand why they would take an assignment if they cannot even show up the last possible ETA which was 90 minutes. Cancelling my Geico and if you guys are assigned this towing, be prepared to wait for 3+ hours.
