I brought my Nami Klima Max (2nd gen) in because it wouldn’t turn on. Was troubleshooting it on and off for 8 months with the CEO Michael Sha but couldn’t figure it out. Raphael was friendly and helpful. He determined my BMS was asleep and since it was fully charged passed 80% the charger cannot wake it up. He woke up my BMS and have been riding my eScooter for a 7 months no issues. Thanks guys! Will be coming back.

Great place, I got into an accident the other day and my scooter was loose at the stem part. 2 very hard working e scooter mechanics Don and Reuben fixed my scooter for a great price and in fast & non rushed timely manner (45mins).
