I have ALWAYS had great experiences with Derrick and his team at Prospect Exxon. A big shout-out to Greg. I’ve been using Prospect Exxon for years, and won’t go anywhere because they are so trustworthy. They will tell me what’s wrong with my car, explain in it detail, and then let me know what can and can’t wait. Most recently, I had an emergency. I thought I needed new windshield wiper blades, but it turned out the motor was failing, ON A RAINY DAY, when my son had an important audition in NYC. They were wonderful enough to get the part ASAP, and do the installation, so we could make it to NYC by 12:00 noon. I was so grateful to them for doing that for us. They are always so helpful, honest, and professional. They’re the best.

We had a rush need and Derek and the crew were incredibly accommodating. Not only itemised everything that was even remotely in need of repair on our newly purchased (used) van, but put all the issues in order of importance so we could save a few bucks just getting the essentials done. They then got it all done (some significant work) and we are back in business within 2 days!!! Amazing. Could not recommend more.

What really stood out was their transparency: they sent me a pre-approval receipt ahead of time, so I knew exactly what to expect and didn’t have to worry about any surprise charges. Their customer service was top-notch. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind, professional, and—most importantly—honest. They clearly explained which issues needed immediate attention and which ones could wait, helping me prioritize without pressure. It’s rare to find a shop that combines speed, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. Highly recommend!
