I needed a rear bumper replaced due to minor accident. Al provided a detailed estimate and ordered parts. Although it took a while to arrange for the service (due to supply chain and staffing) his shop did an excellent job of the repair and went the extra mile to straighten out an unrelated minor dent free of charge. If you’re after honest service from a small local business, I recommend this place.

Don’t ever go to this place! I stopped by here after work because I got a flat tire. Suddenly they’re telling me that my tire valve was completely snapped off and they’re charging me $165.00. I honestly believe the mechanic purposely snapped it off because they claimed the cap melted into the stem. I literally took that cap off to put air in the tire 3 weeks earlier. But I agreed to it because I left work early to get the tire up and running and was desperate. Then they can’t get my tire bolts off because my key lock is supposedly stripped. Additionally, I have a 2014 Toyota (not like it’s an old car) and just got the valve replaced 2 months earlier. I tell the guy at the desk that I find it hard to believe that I’m suddenly having all of these issues with a tire. He asks me where I get work done (to blame my mechanic), which is irrelevant so I ignore him. Don’t trust this place! Should’ve gone to Ridge Tire & Auto right next door as I had initially planned. While I was waiting the guy at the desk tells his dad to answer the phone and tell the guy that’s he’s not there. The old man lies and tells the customer he’s on the road someplace meanwhile he’s sitting not even 5ft across from him. Poor customer service! The mechanics are some young kids that come into the office guessing what’s wrong with the car. Every time the guy at the desk asked them what was wrong with the car they would say I think....but I’m not sure. Meanwhile he’s telling them to check. Total at the end 224.22! Idk why anyone would come here unless you’re a fool!

My front end was badly damaged when my car slid off a steep road during a recent snow storm. They were the nearest auto shop I could hobble my car down to. I was given an accurate estimate and they handled my daily calls with a high degree of courtesy. They also fixed my rusted out bar that holds my car battery in place...no added charge. The small touches matter to me. While you could clearly find cheaper shops in the area, I am satisfied with the work they did rebuilding my front end suspension essentially. I'll be bringing my Pontiac Vibe back for future maintenance needs.
