I called my towing company that I pay for a tow they recommended me this place… I call to get a estimate on the time of arrival… long story short whoever the lady is that answers the phone is very rude & non professional….. very rude… how do you tell a customer who already paid for a tow to call another towing company because I simply asked a general Question… bad service I wouldn’t recommend this place

After 3-4 hours of waiting for Elite Force Towing to pick-up the two of us (two black ladies) in a rental car because the car had a flat tire with no spare. The driver that showed up didn't speak english well (he was white) and wouldn't answer our questions. The tow truck driver made us ride in the car on the flatbed. (He didn't want us in his truck) This was extremely dangerous not to mention the driver ran several red lights and got lost. This was the WORST service I have ever received. Dispatcher was no help either and she was rude. I wanted to give Elite Force Towing zero stars however you had to give at least one star to post. More to come with Videos in next post...

I was broken down in the middle of the highway. Elite Force Towing came and got me out of there super quick. Driver was very helpful and polite. Give them a call if you’re ever stuck and need a fast tow, 10/10 experience!
