Excellent repair job and solid customer service! 10/10 From the moment I was rear-ended, till the car was delivered, repaired, back to my house (45 minute ride from the shop), Avi and his team took care of me with top-notch concierge service. For starters, Avi stayed on the phone with me and helped me navigate the entire post-accident situation. Calm, professional and knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed! Avi also immediately sent a driver to deliver a comparable courtesy vehicle, fully feature-loaded, with a full tank of gas. His crew took care of bringing my car to the shop, and I was on my way! He also took care of all the paperwork, phone calls, claims, inspections, etc. During the entire process, Avi kept me updated on the estimates, ordering parts, progress and repairs.
