Why would anyone come here? These guys curbed my wheel during a tire change and didn't mention it to me at all. Plenty of other reputable shops within the area that charge a fair labor rate.

Nothing wrong with the quality of work. But why so expensive? Even for the Hamptons this place is impressively expensive. An oil change was 2x what the dealership charged. Don't hire these guys unless you don't care about being overcharged.

Regret. It's the emotion I am least fond of, but I regret ever going to this establishment. Any problem that occurred could've been easily avoided. It began with miscommunication by the staff. The owner, Erick, stepped in and appeared to be handling the situation and then simply ghosted. Nowhere to be found. Any contact I try to make is ignored. Now I'm at a loss because I went there. I hate regret and loss.
