Big Apple Mobility were brilliant from start to finish. Their website was very easy to navigate. Once we arrived in New York I had several messages confirming my booking and a reminder of where to collect the scooter (you can have delivery to your hotel but I chose this option). We were greeted by the kindest me ever of your team, who showed me how to use everything on the scooter. When we were dropping off the scooter, we were met with another incredible member of the team, who asked how I got on with it. It was an absolute godsend and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy New York to the fullest without it. I am so grateful to Big Apple Mobility for offering this service.

I used Big Apple Mobility services a couple of weeks ago. They were extremely reasonable with hire costs and the politest guys.They delivered the scooter to my hotel and picked it up again. I would highly recommend them and getting a scooter if you have trouble walking. It gave me freedom and an incredible holiday in New Uork!

I am so grateful for Big Apple Mobility. My grandmother visited NYC for the holiday and we needed to be able to get her around the busy city. We found Big Apple Mobility via a google search and they were able to provide us with a wheel chair at a very affordable rate. If it wasn’t for this service we wouldn’t have been able to get around and enjoy our time exploring NYC. Thank you.
