Westside was amazing and rescued my car out of this last snowstorm. On top of being competent and showing up in a timely manner, Steve and Danielle went out of their way to pick me up and take me to where my car was stuck. They also asked me if I wanted anything from Dunkin’ Donuts! Really appreciated their kindness and going the extra mile when they definitely had a long day ahead. Highly recommend!

My front tire went flat last night on my way home from work. I've had AAA for years for this exact reason. Unfortunately, AAA had no one available to assist since it was nightime during a holiday weekend. A one hour wait turned into two turned into 3, as well as a dead battery from sitting for hours with my hazards on. A friend recommended West Side Towing as an alternative to AAA. Even though I contacted them at midnight, a driver was out to me within the hour. I reached my 4th hour wait with AAA, who called to advise me that they still didn't have anyone available to assist me. Thankfully, by that time, West Side Towing had changed my tire and jump started my car. The driver was extremely professional and courteous. I am so thankful they were able to assist so quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help!

West Side Towing answered our call on a late Saturday afternoon after we had gotten a flat on the TSP in a car with no spare tire. Steve arrived within minutes and cheerfully towed us to the garage where he plugged our tire and sent us on our way. If you should ever need help with your car anywhere near West Side Towing, our family highly recommends them.
