Truly a lifesaver. We broke down on the highway in below-freezing winter temperatures (2026), and he arrived so quickly, which made an incredibly stressful and unsafe situation manageable. He was pleasant to speak with, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. From the moment he arrived, we felt taken care of. He safely towed our vehicle and went above and beyond in making sure we were okay. I can’t recommend him enough — if you ever need a tow, this is the person you want helping you.

My car was hit badly in front and police called Mike for towing. Mike helped me out with advice that I never would have known otherwise regarding decisions made by insurance. My car was likely going to get picked up and scrapped out East without my full knowledge. The car was worth repairing (with extensive work) and I did not want to scrap it. Difficult time made very easy. This involved owners in France stowing at our home garage in New York and having to get this car to Vermont. That involved two towing companies and along the way Angel towing was the one that kept us informed of every step when to expect something to happen and confirming that the step had happened. Towing can be stressful but this company took the stress out of it by letting us know every step along the way through texting. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again they were absolutely top-notch!
