They got me out of a bad situation with my broken-down car. They agreed to the tow and asked what the problem was, on hearing that my axle gave out Shawn tried to find spare parts to get me back on the road again. Alas, things can never be so simple, but I truly appreciate the effort. Good prices also, the 38-mile tow was exactly the price I expected but the quote I got from a different, less responsive company was *double* C&S's.

These guys did a fantastic job! Awesome attitude!! Came when they said they were going to come, took Great care of my vehicle (during what was a very difficult situation)— my Engine failed in my VAN and needed to be replaced!! Meanwhile I was 90 miles away from my home location and every local shop in the area wanted a second mortgage to do the work that needed to be done to get me back on the road... And So begin the QUEST of finding a reasonable tow option back home!!! Let me SAVE you the trouble — I CALLED OVER 20+ different tow companies (Took me over an hour on the phone) !!! From Middletown to Monroe to Chester , to you name it!!! Every last one was at least 30 to 40% more expensive (.... and that’s on the Low end— Some guys were charging twice as much 200% while keeping a straight face ) C&S’s (very) fair pricing is only the beginning with these guys! Like I said, Look no further— If you can book Shawn (or a member of his crew ) lock them down (and be grateful)! (*No disrespect intended to the other hard-working tow companies in the area but these guys ran away their competition in every way)! PS. Despite what was obviously a very bad day with my van—(Breakdown + finding out you need to get your engine replaced) the fair tow price, and the attitude of these guys —even got me managed to laugh a little about throughout the situation after we got to the location. (that last sentence should tell you everything you need to know). Thanks again.

Shawn is one one of the nicest people I've ever met. Arrived on time, and did the job like a professional. He has since assisted me with other issues of the same vehicle. 5 stars is not high enough for this excellent company.
