I can’t thank hammerhead towing enough! My insurance company kept getting tow trucks that were out of range of my location. They all kept cancelling. After waiting on the side of the highway for hours. Hammerhead got in touch with the insurance company to explain to them where I was really located and actually made and hour and a half trek late at night to help me. At that point I left my car on the side of the highway with the keys in the car. They picked up the car and dropped it at my desired location at 10pm. Thank you for making the trek and helping me! I really appreciate it!

If you need a reliable service, call someone else. I was in dire need of a tow. Honda called hammerhead at 6:30p to come tow me. 3 hours later they still didn’t show up, and Honda even said that Hammerhead wasn’t picking up their calls either. Eventually I was able to get the car going and left. After leaving and cancelling the tow, 2 folks from hammerhead called me and said they’ll be there in 15min. 1 sounded like he just woke up.

One of the towing trucks was driving super fast and close behind me in the expressway with my husband and our 10 month old in the car while we were behind another 18 wheeler truck. There was construction so it was only one lane open. The guy was deadly close to us and risking all our lives. Too bad I couldn’t get the license plate!
