I purchased filters for my Benz from your sales rep Isiah on October 13th. I didn’t end up using them, so I went back on October 15th to return the items. When I arrived, Isiah claimed he didn’t think they had sold me those filters. I reminded him that I had just bought them the day before, but he insisted they weren’t from him. His attitude came across as dismissive and arrogant, which was frustrating given how recent the purchase was. After I showed him the invoice, he passed the matter to Edwin, who was extremely helpful. Edwin took the time to look into the issue and discovered that Isiah had given me the wrong parts in the first place. Overall, it was a disappointing experience — within just 48 hours of purchase, the return process turned into unnecessary confusion due to a lack of attention and professionalism. I wanted to make sure this was brought to everyone’s attention because customer experience matters. That said, Edwin deserves full credit for resolving the situation politely and efficiently.

they do not take back returns ever. keep you waiting for 6 months for returns and keep saying "they will pick up" but then play games like "our dispatcher was told" and then when driver shows up for delivery "oh dispatcher needs to create RMA" .. ridiculous infantile company to deal with
