The worst. Husband went there last week for an oil change they took him no problem. Today he goes with my car and they tell him he needs an appointment. He explained he was there last week without one. They turned him away. This location is very unprofessional. I wonder if corporate is aware of the customers they turn away without an appointment. I called other locations no such policy exists that you need an appointment. Do better Centereach. I'll be calling corporate on Monday

I just called this location to ask a question about getting a headlight replaced. To say the least, the service was abysmal. I spoke to a woman in the auto department around 8:30 am this morning, Saturday, November 29. She sounded genuinely inconvenienced that I called and was asking about pricing to get my headlight replaced. I have previously gotten oil changes from this location before, but never again. It's already hard enough finding a place to do it that won't cost my life savings. I understand that it's a holiday weekend, and I was in no way trying to make an appointment until later this week, once the Black Friday chaos winds down. Someone needs to fix the service at the location; their employees are miserable and tend to make others miserable in the process.
