I had a wonderful experience with this company. My car broke down in front of Walmart in Middle Island and I had to call the police . The police officers were so helpful in this stressful situation. When everything they tried to do didn’t work they called Double N Automotive. Paul the tow truck driver was so nice and towed my car to my mechanic and called me to let me know it was dropped off safely. Overall I had a good experience with this company and would use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Ish, a tow truck driver from Double N Automotive, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment he arrived, he was quick, professional, and incredibly polite. Not only did he carefully load my car and transport it to a great body shop, but he also took the time to explain what was happening and show me pictures of the damage, which really helped me understand the situation. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and the people they help, but Ish absolutely does.
