Chris is the most honest mechanic I have ever met! He is wonderful and I’ve had the best experience at center island auto! We will definitely be back and only ever using them for all my families auto needs. He had the opportunity to make money off of me for something my car didn’t actually need (unbeknownst to me) but instead he was completely honest, unlike my previous mechanic who lied to me! I am so happy to have found chris! Thank you!!

I’m more than happy to add another great review for this place! This past Friday, i got an oil change done on my car. The next day, it looked as if a million gallons of oil were pouring out of my car based on the flood underneath my car. Checked the oil and it seemed to still be full, so we assumed maybe they just spilled a ton of it during the oil change, though i was still suspicious. This past Monday, my light came on with a notification to check my oil level. This is where i immediately looked up where i could bring my car ASAP as i started PANICKING thinking i was gonna run out of oil and my engine would seize (i’m just a girl idk). This place came up, we pulled in, and Chris reassured us that he’d look into it as soon as he got a chance. Sure enough, he identified a problem that i will be getting fixed in the near future. The reason his kindness, knowledge and willingness to help me meant so much is because when that oil light came on …. I was in a procession line, going to the cemetery to honor my Poppy who passed away last weekend. So obviously it was a less than ideal time for this to happen. But Chris was smart, quick and i was able to get a ride to the cemetery without missing anything. Thank you guys so much. ❤️
