Worked with a gentleman here over a battery I’d bought at another store a year ago. Was having trouble and went back to the original store, where they weren’t helpful and told me it was fine. After going to an auto body where they told me the battery was bad I went to this store. The worked actually listened to what I said, and while his machine said the battery was mostly good, he actually paid attention and offered to charge it to fix the few readings that were off. He did all this free of charge. After charging the battery had worse readings! Acknowledging that something weird was going on with the battery, and that it shouldn’t be doing this, he got me a replacement battery under the warranty. I really appreciated how he handled everything, especially as I was pretty heated after having dealt with multiple failed starts and conflicting info from the other store and the auto body shop. He handled it well and fairly. Highly recommend at least this individual. If I have more issues I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this store.

First time in the store and will be visiting again. I googled the rear windshield wiper I needed and before purchasing, Ben looked up in the computer for one with the right recommended clip. Ben is awesome, saved me time and offered to help me put it on which I never would have expected. Very good customer service, friendly, clean new store and is very well stocked.
