From start to finish, Cooper Recycling blew me away. The facility runs like a well-oiled machine — organized, clean, and unbelievably efficient. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. While I was waiting, I actually had the pleasure of meeting one of the main people in charge — William — and the conversation was so unexpectedly wonderful that I forgot I was on a construction site. Honestly, it felt more like I was sitting in the lobby of the Four Seasons. His warmth, humor, and professionalism made me feel like family, not just another customer trying to get rid of waste. I left impressed, grateful, and weirdly inspired (which is not something I ever thought I’d say about a recycling facility). Been having my guys go here for a couple years now. Go at slightly off hours and the wait time is minimal. Quick, well organized and pricing is fair - not cheap, but fair, which is fine given the convenience and quick turnaround. I have had 2 trucks be in-and-out in 10 mins before, avg time probably around 15-20.
