If I could give this company 100 stars I could. I blew out 1 tire and ripped another off the wheel when I was unable to dodge the rows of potholes on the left lane of 87 north near the Sloatsburg exit (15A) at prime rush hour time. After much grief with my insurer, they finally sent over this company and they were not only helpful with providing me with a lot information I was not aware about when you break down on the thruway (I’m from nj) but they safely and securely towed me, my 3 dogs and a trunk full of luggage to a safer point and stayed until I was okay. Not only did the company go above and beyond, but their pricing was great, not trying to gouge people like other experiences I have had with other tow companies in the past. THANKS AGAIN!!

Jan’s med A car gets a 5 star review from me! My Car battery died the other day and within an hour they came and picked up my vehicle about 30 min away from their shop. They replaced the battery for me within the same day and even towed it back to my house as I was stranded with no way to get to the shop to pick it up! They were able to work with my insurance company and triple aaa which I truly appreciated. Great service, good communication, so thankful for Jan’s med a car !!

I got a flat on highway last night. Anthony arrived quickly and professionally towed me to the shop after hours. My tire screws were not budging. Anthony worked patiently and overtime trying to get off my stubborn tire screws to put on spare. Eventually he was able to remove and replace with donut saving me having to wait for morning and spend on hotel overnight. I would highly recommend!
