Pat takes you through the process every step of the way and always prioritizes the customer's satisfaction. Action Auto is more concerned with ensuring that the customer is happy and satisfied than it is with making a quick profit. That is very rare in the car business. If you're looking for a fair, honest dealer or service shop, Action Auto is the way to go.

I am so pleased with my experience buying a Toyota rav 4 from Action Auto . I’ve gone to Pat before for tires and he’s always guided me well there, so it’s no surprise buying a vehicle from him was also a positive experience. Pat and Will weren’t at all pushy, they got me a great interest rate (unheard of in this market) and then when I returned to buy weather tech mats, Pat personally vacuumed my car out and installed them himself. These guys went above and beyond giving me a positive, low stress car buying experience. They were also great with my 8 year old daughter when I brought her along. I love my car and the experience of doing business at action auto!
