Eugene B helped me with the purchase and came out to the car to install the battery. He also saw my brake fluid was low and said I should have the pads inspected as that could be a sign why the fluid was low.

Saying that the guys in this Advanced auto went above and beyond to help me is a understatement. 2 weeks ago my battery died in the parking lot. The lot was empty. So I walked over to Advanced hoping to ask a leaving customer for a jump. Instead I went inside 1st and when I told Ed that I broke down; he went to the back and spoke to his manager and next thing I know he grabbed his keys and gave me a jump!! But then...a week later, Mt battery died for real...wouldn't take a jump/charge. So I came back to advanced and they confirmed it was dead and got me a new battery. I had zero tools..and it was 1000000 degrees outside. One of the guys checked with the manager, then came and said let's go, I'm changing your battery. Extremely grateful ?? especially considering the gentleman was mechanically inclined. Took 40 minutes and a bucket of sweat but we got it done lol..but wait..there's more. So within 3 days the battery dies, but before it did, I managed to be next to the store. When I came in and they saw me, Ed and the store manager we're like...dude, we know your goin thru it and they tested and confirmed my alternator went bad and killed the battery. So they gave me discount on the alternator (which I really needed) and made sure I was able to leave the store with it in hand. Lastly, I had to come back again a few days later cuz I got a check the engine light (I know, time for a new car?) And the store manager gave me a quick scan and breakdown of what I needed, but he also checked my battery and alternator to make sure they were good. The guys in this store make me feel like it's still back in the days a bit, where you go in and they make you feel welcomed. I bet if you visit enough they will remember your name type of place. ALL the guys there are phenomenal and they keep it ?

The workers at the store are helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday Alex went above and beyond helping me with windshield wipers. As a person who knows little about cars, it is nice to go there and get the help I need. Always a 10 out of 10 experience.
