Alejandro at JSM is WONDERFUL! We have a Classic Benz and the window became stuck in the down position while I was out. He temporarily got it back up for us and we are scheduled to come back in a few days for a permanent fix. They were very very busy but he took the time to help and see if there was Anything at all he could do. Well done Alejandro. Thank You!

Charged me $172 for an oil change (no windshield cleaning, air in tires etc. like places typically do). Didn’t tell me the price until it was already done. On top of that, we had an appointment and waited over an hour for them to even begin our service.

Going here was a Godsend! They're a dream for the "East End". So, I originally went to nearby Amagansett repair shop (Bock Auto) & was quoted ~$1800 for an alternator replacement on a 2008 Toyota Camry ? ? I was charged $180 for them to tell me this ? I asked around, eventually got to JSM. Jose was a pro. Young woman behind the counter was upfront and clear. The best best part was it ended up costing ~$500 for the exact same repair work ? ? JSM you have a permanent customer and I'll be telling everyone I meet out here ?
