buy a crankshaft sensor and a camshaft sensor for my 2009 jeep grand cherokee I didn't use them because my mechanic got me the original parts, so I went today to return them. The guy with the tattoos told me they weren't going to accept them. I told him why if they aren't used, the boxes aren't opened. He said if you didn't use them, why did you buy them? At this point I realized that these people have no manners, much less good customer service. I told him that I needed to return them because they were useless for me and i need my money back, he simply said NO... now I'm stuck with 2 useless sensors and 60 dollars short. So disappointed, I'm not going to buy from this place again, much less recommend it. In fact when someone asks me about this place, I'm going to tell them about my experience and tell them that this place sucks.and don't spend your money there

Parts Authority: 500 Pine Air Dr., Bayshore, NY. Who is the person in the picture working here? Is their job to cause trouble for customers, argue, and consistently order the wrong parts? They refused to take back the battery they provided (BMW battery), claiming it was used. They continuously make returns difficult and argue over a canceled battery service. They even tell me not to come back on behalf of the company. As a business owner, I opened an account here. Day by day, I reduced my purchase of parts and batteries solely because of this incompetent person who thinks degrading customers is a skill. Because of this individual’s lack of knowledge and poor service, I am forced to close my account. It is another issue entirely that there is no one overseeing such employees or addressing customer complaints. This is a complaint, and I am leaving this note and pictures here to inform others.

Brought in 2 battery's for a warranty swap and the guy behind the counter gave me attitude about it. Telling me that the warranty is only for a season which is bs. That the 12 month warranty was just semantics. If he tested the battery and it tested good I would of taken the batteries home. Yet he refused to do such a thing. Telling me hes onto my "game". Stay away from this and all parts authority.
