A&T to the rescue!! Fast and friendly service I purchased a Ryobi power tool from an online vendor that arrived broken. The vendor could not replace it for me so I was only offered the option of a refund. The price was so good that I was very disappointed. As the tool was still under warranty, Ryobi suggested I bring the tool to A&T. Just looking at the place you can tell they can repair most anything. Even though Ryobi is not a professional brand, they treated me fairly and provided quick service. Had my tool back in less than 10 days. I hope I never need their services again but am glad they are here if I need them.

These guys have stolen my Ryobi Finishing Nailer. I sent it in over 4 months ago and it is still not fixed. They are no longer picking up when I call. My guess is that they have caller id and are tired of me calling with requests for updates. At this point I just want the thing back so that I can send it to some one else...

Dropped off a general surface cleaner to be fixed over 2 months ago. The place is sketchy. The machine is still not ready and they keep giving excuses and telling us they will fix it and call us next week. I spoke with them again today. Very rude on the phone. The person on the phone told me it was because the guy was not in last week. I asked about the previous 2 months and the response was. Things just came up and then something else came up. I demanded they fix the machine as we were told they would. The pesons response. OK, All right we will fix it and then hung up on me. Sadly, they are the only place around we can drop off the Simpson tools under warranty to be fixed. If it wasn't for this reason I would never use them again.
