As we are doing the speed limit coming down the road of fortedward road this lovely employee decides he was to raise his tow hook up like he is about to send it into my window (ps my 12 year old daughter would have been hit if that was the case) when calling the company to explain what just happened whoever answered the phone basically called me a lair and said nothing would be done mind you the tow truck was on a decent size bend no cones “they aren’t required” he states all I got to say is good
