I received many quotes, but my rep with Broadway auto transport, Charlie Davis seemed to answer my questions very quickly and simply. Charlie was great and made sure the process went very smoothly. He got me the agreement quickly and explained the process completely. He made sure to let me know when the car was picked up and made sure the driver was in contact with me during transport and also reached out at the time of delivery. Charlie made a somewhat stressful process very easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Charlie Davis and Broadway auto transport.

We had contracted with a different company to have our car picked up in Ohio and transported to California. They had great revues, but I have no idea how. They never assigned a driver and the three day window they gave us for pickup came and went without them connecting with us. Broadway Auto Transport had also messaged us during the planning. The good news for us is they kept in touch. They let us know that if anything went wrong with the other company to let them know and they would be able to help. Mike Brandon and the team at Broadway Auto Transport stepped up when we were left hanging.
