He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The team came right to my doorstep, got the job done quickly, and the quality of their work was excellent. I really appreciate the prompt service and attention to detail — it’s hard to find that kind of reliability these days. Worst glass shop ever. I took my car in to get the windshield replaced about 2 years ago and they did an awful job. Poor communication and poor job done on everyone’s part. They told me they were going to call me once my car was ready, they never called, they had me waiting around for hours after it was done as if my time isn’t valuable. On top of that, the work was awful. There was rattling coming from the windshield as if the windshield was shaking around in the frame. I would be driving over a smooth road and you hear the windshield rattling and make cracking sounds. I called them and told them about it and they said it was because of “the tape”. Once I took the tape off and still heard the noise I took it back immediately and they did nothing about it! They were dismissive, condescending, and sexist. They didn’t care their work was sloppy and didn’t offer any type of reimbursement for their poor work. When someone asks me where to go for glass work, I say “Definitely not Competition glass” smh
