? Horrible Experience – Big Red Flag Company on Long Island This was one of the worst towing experiences I’ve ever had. My truck was stuck in the snow, and I called this company just to pull it out. On the phone they quoted $750–$1,500, but once they arrived, they completely changed the story and raised the bill to $2,250. JUST FOR 20mins JOB That alone is bad — but it gets worse. They only accept cash or Zelle, no EFS or normal business payment methods. That’s a huge red flag. ? he had a terrible attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor instead of providing a service. They didn’t even give me a proper invoice or clear bill. This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you’re in Long Island, DO NOT USE THEM — PLEASE. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. Worst service ever. ❌?

Extremely overpriced and they are scammers. I got my car towed and they put it in the lot for just one night and when i picked it up in the morning they charged 1040 dollars. Please save your money avoid these fraudsters

I accidentally jumped a curb and found myself with two wheels on each side of a high curb. Looked impossible to get car out without severe damage. Chester’s arrived and saw they would need another of their vehicles to get me out. Using skill only seen on reality tv they were able to get me out without a scratch. Could have been a disaster
