I purchased topsoil from this company and they were great up until I had an issue. When I received my delivery it was NOT as many yards as i ordered and the load of topsoil i tarped the pile and started using some to fill in patches throughout my yard and added grass seed. Within a few days before the grass seed even started to grow I started to have Dog weed & Pineapple Weeds growing SEVERELY! These weeds have never been and aren't anywhere else on my property other then where I put this topsoil. I also spoke with a person of theirs from Facebook who apologized and did admit they have had issues in the past but was doing their best to eliminate this. Unfortunately I never got refunded for my order, discounted, nada. Plus on top of that I am now stuck with having to hire someone to remove this soil from my property! I disputed the charge with my Credit Card company but the merchant responded with lies of course so now im going back and forth with this still. Buy elsewhere. Some place that actually cares for their customers.

They are terrible, terrible customer service, cheating customers! On June 20, I called the customer service number written on the Google map and ordered 10 yards of soil. The man said the price was 32/yard, and the shipping fee was 170. He told me a woman would call me that day. The woman called me using WhatsApp and the price she gave me was totally different from the man’s: 28/yard, and the shipping fee was 225! Unbelievable! The woman said they were two different places. I thought it was too informal to use WhatsApp. The next day, I called the man again, still with a number ending in 4177. This time, the man changed the price back to the same as the woman’s. I told him clearly that I wanted to change the order to 20 yards. The man readily agreed and said he would tell the woman! This happened in the morning. In the afternoon, the delivery man came. When I learned that only 10 yards were delivered, I did not let him unload the truck, and called the customer service number ending in 4177, and asked the driver to listen. I asked the man why the 20 yards were not delivered together. The man asked the driver on the spot, and the driver said he was not aware of the matter.(It's obviously their company's own problem and they know each ,work together . )I asked the man what to do, and he said that he would deliver another 10 yards to me without charging any freight fee! The driver said that if the yard could not be delivered on the same day, it would be delivered on Monday, so I agreed for them to unload the truck. I didn’t expect that they would not keep their word and did not deliver the yard on Monday. I called them both the women and man so many times! No one answered my call！The lady called back late，but she used the number ending in 4177，not whatsapp (She had said before that she was not the same place. )I was told the other 10 yards had to pay for shipping, and she also told me not to contact the man, but to talk to her. Oh my God, what kind of customer service is this! If this isn’t cheating, then what is! Just like someone said in the feedback before, they don't take customers seriously. Friends, please read the feedback first when you buy things, and make sure to choose a company that respects customers. They are too terrible, don't be fooled!
