God speed if this place is responding to your AAA call. No update after being told they'd be there in a hour. After 2 hours I called AAA and they said it would be another 2 hours and we were on the side of i86. The police even told us this is normal for them. We ended up changing the tire ourselves (the rim was fused to the hub and we had to go get logs in the woods to un-lodge the tire). Poor communication on their part!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic, my husband took my Lincoln Navigator to have it checked out because the engine light was on, they kept it for almost 3 months, when we finally got the answer, they wanted to change the motor, so I said no, I wanted to take it back, they charge me $ 150 for diagnostic, after we paid , they didn't have the keys, because they locked the keys inside my SUV and broke two windows (passenger and driver side) trying to recover the keys, I asked to replace both since they broke them, he said was going to make calls and let me know, it's been almost 7 months and he hasn't done it, every time we call, when they answer the phone he makes an excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE the five star don't have descriptions are fake I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ZERO STAR SINCE THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1

Walked in 10 minutes before they were due to close to order $3500 worth of tires for my Dually, they didn't even want to hear what I wanted just said "NO"! We're closing. Awesome service, not!
