I have had my coats restored beautifully, tailored, crafted, altered and every time I was a happy customer. Disappointed in the customer service. I brought in a piece that had a lot of sentimental value and from the second I walked in the door I was paid no attention to. Once they reviewed my item and what I wanted, they were dismissive. I understand the fur I brought in was older and dry, but they were cold and quick to brush me aside for other customers. It was a disappointing experience. I found more thoughtful help elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. While their selection of coats were great, I was shocked by how rude they treated me from the moment I walked in. When I would ask them how much anything was, the man immediately would say "it's expensive" and would insist on not telling me the price. They acted like I wasn't able to afford anything at the store and that I shouldn't be there.
