⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Golden Automotive in Oxford, NY is hands-down one of the best shops around. The staff is honest, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle instead of just throwing parts at it. They even tracked down the exact part I needed for my carburetor, which saved me a ton of time and frustration. The work is done right the first time, pricing is fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Golden Automotive is that place. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable, professional service.

Amanda is awesome- anytime I need a rental, she has one. She’s very helpful in understanding the repairs process and walks you through what you need to do. If there’s an issue, she’ll do what you can to make it right. The boys in the shop are top notch. I have had a couple of cars repaired there and there was never any issues. I haven’t had their towing service yet, but I know Tim knows his stuff and will probably do his best to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
