I usually don’t care enough to post a review, but after 5 years of living in Mahopac and paying my taxes for garbage and recycling pick up I’ve had enough. These guys drive around in their trucks with the arm and take your garbage, but if it falls out on the road? It’s like they turn into the blind mice and drive off. On windy days my neighborhood has looked like the outskirts of the dump with trash floating around the streets. 90% of the time they do a fine job, but it’s always that 10% when they leave trash all over the neighborhood that bothers me. Especially now that they expect a tip for the holiday season. Here’s a tip: get out of your trucks and pick up the loose garbage. To the owner: those two garbage bags were not mine because our family doesn’t use that brand, which means the truck was overloaded when it pulled up to my house and these two bags fell out. My garbage was also not overloaded on the day that this occurred. I know the rules and what you will/won’t take. If garbage falls out of the truck and onto the ground your people should have the courtesy to at least get out of the truck and pick it up. But if you’re going to stick to your contractual obligations and nothing more then your drivers shouldn’t expect anything more than my tax dollars every year.

It’s so nice to call a company and speak to a person… and calling AAA i speak to representatives who are responsive, helpful and accommodating. Every interaction I’ve had with them, they do their best to go the extra mile for their customers… Sometimes literally!

AAA Carting always does a dependable great job. Film studio tasking have a Wild West nature. What we ask of AAA Carting is maybe "exotic" compared to other clients. Their team's of two are always up to task. Like they have seen it all. Likely they have. One other little point. They have taken care of our business for quite a long time. We have never been tempted to switch to another company. In our formative daze, that original team of two, acted like friends to our newly shaping company. AAA Carting looks after its people wisely, by my humble guess. I still like to hear the industrial street noise their workers do in SW Yonker's pre-dawn. The truck chirping means work is being effectively done! Thanks AAA Carting!
