Ryan the tow truck driver was great. Had a family medical emergency on the thruway and needed a vehicle towed far from home. He was polite and understanding of our predicament. Bill and his crew have been amazing & understanding with all that was wrong with my car. From having to replace the motor all the way to fixing a lingering engine light code and a bunch of other issues that came up, never stopped them from going above and beyond to get it all fixed. I know it has been a nightmare car for them all but they tackled each thing and got me back up and running and even though it’s been costly, they worked with me as much as they could to keep some costs down. I can’t say enough good things for all that they have done to get me back on the road safely.
